I'm Jorge Rey, the founder of Beartown Film Bureau. I'm a war veteran, and completed a career in federal service uncovering hidden stories from around the world. I'm professionally trained and have extensive experience collecting information under difficult conditions. Now I'm repurposing those practices and training as a documentary filmmaker.
I have years of experience producing a variety of videos. My latest filmmaking work includes award-winning documentaries, PBS content, videos for nonprofit organizations, and short films that showcase Appalachia.
